Lalit Jade has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on financial planning, management reporting, and budget management. They have served as the Chief Financial Officer at Wing Fat Enterprises, where they provided strategic guidance on performance improvement and capital allocation. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Controller at Federal Express Corporation, responsible for budget management and financial reporting. Lalit also served as a Senior Manager of Finance & Accounts at Kidde India Limited, where they led financial activities and prepared budgets and forecasts. They began their career as a Finance Manager at B. Braun Medical, overseeing finance operations, auditing activities, and reporting.

Lalit Jade holds a degree in Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Mumbai. Lalit is also a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Introduction to Fintech & Blockchain Management from HKUx and Introduction to FinTech & Blockchain from edX.
