Sarra MAZOUNI is a seasoned project manager currently serving as Chef de projet DSI at GROUPE ALPHA since July 2022, focusing on requirements gathering, drafting functional specifications, project planning, and change management. Previously, Sarra held the position of Référente fonctionnelle at Banque de France from October 2021 to September 2022 and was Responsable fonctionnel at Ex UMANIS from June 2017 to September 2022, overseeing various projects for clients such as BNP AM and L'Oréal, which involved client needs assessment, project tracking, user training, and operational coordination. Educationally, Sarra holds an MBA in general management from IAE FRANCE and advanced degrees in nanoscience and chemistry from Université Paris Cité and University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
