Kaoutar Ramzi is an experienced Product Owner and Business Analyst with a strong background in managing and evolving enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and online insurance subscription processes. Currently at Groupe Adéquat since May 2023, Kaoutar Ramzi oversees ERP enhancements, stakeholder coordination, and functional testing. Previous roles include leading product and process redesign projects at APRIL and Assura, where Kaoutar Ramzi facilitated Agile ceremonies, prioritized backlogs, and conducted user acceptance testing. Earlier experience includes business analysis at Enedis, PSA Group, and EDF, focusing on user requirement gathering, process modeling, and project coordination. Kaoutar Ramzi holds a Master 2 degree in Information Systems and Enterprise Management from IAE Orléans and an engineering diploma in Data and Knowledge Engineering from ESI.
