Kayla Nimis is an experienced software developer with a focus on user interface design and applications development. Currently serving as the Director of User Interface and previously as a Senior Applications Developer at Group One Trading, LP since March 2013, Kayla has a diverse background in the trading industry. Prior roles include Programmer Analyst for Indexes at the Center for Research in Security Prices, where software was developed to enhance data product distribution, and Applications Developer at Orc Group, specializing in .NET and Java applications. Early career experiences include internships at Allston Trading and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, as well as a technical role at Beloit College. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Visualization from Beloit College and has also studied at the University of Westminster.
