Mehdi Nezarati has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mehdi began their career at Esna Technologies Inc., where they held positions such as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Mehdi played a vital role in the acquisition of Esna by Avaya Inc. and led the integration process. Following this, they joined Zang, Inc., a subsidiary of Avaya Inc., as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing multiple teams and leading product management, engineering, customer success, product support, and DevOps.

Nezarati then joined Avaya Cloud Inc. as the President and CEO, responsible for the company's operations. Later, they served as the Vice President of Cloud Operations and Platform at Avaya, leading a team of 120 individuals and managing a budget of $30 million annually.
