Mikhail Dmitrusenko is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Professor of Civil Engineering at Universidad César Vallejo since March 2023 and General Manager at INTECSOL: Innovaciones Tecnologias y Soluciones SAC since November 2022, Mikhail has also held various roles such as Visiting Lecturer and Consultant with the Group of Companies "TehnoProgress." Previous positions include Production Manager at Garlock Family of Companies, Construction Engineer at Rizzani de Eccher, Chief Engineer at Novotech project, Project Engineer at Welford Asset Management, and Senior Engineer at MonArch. Mikhail's expertise encompasses project management, construction oversight, quality control, and the development of technical documentation, complemented by a Master's and Doctorate in Technology from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
