Ir. Wicher Grijseels has extensive experience in the food and nutrition sectors, currently serving as KAM Manager at Group of Butchers since October 2023. Prior to this role, Wicher Grijseels spent seven years as a Senior Food Consultant at QAssurance, specializing in food safety. Professional experience also includes a position as a Nutritional Scientist at WI Nutritional Concepts and participation in developing Dutch agri-food business strategies in South Korea in collaboration with Oost NV and Wageningen University. Earlier roles include project support at STAP Dutch Institute for Alcohol Policy, with a focus on translating scientific literature for public education, and conducting research during the graduation thesis program at Wageningen University. Wicher Grijseels holds a Master's degree in Nutrition & Health as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Wageningen University & Research, complemented by a Gymnasium degree from Erasmiaans Gymnasium.
