Marcelo Faulstich Bernardes, PgD, BEng, is an experienced management professional specializing in engineering and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Plant Launch Manager at Group Lotus, Marcelo oversees the launch activities of new Electric Hyper Cars and ensures quality expectations are met. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineering Programme Manager at Group Lotus, where Marcelo managed the construction of a new factory, and PD Manager at Volkswagen do Brasil.
