Henzel Gama is a Senior Engineering Manager at Dekko, responsible for process, product, new product introduction, and program management for Mexican operations since July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Celestica, focusing on medical device production and new product introductions from March 2023 to July 2024. Gama also held the position of Senior Validations & Engineering Manager at Flex Medical, where responsibilities included operations and transfers within the medical devices sector. Earlier roles encompass Staff Engineer Coordinator at SEISA and Quality Manager at Gunderson Concarril S.A. de C.V. in the transportation railroad industry, as well as various engineering positions at Johnson & Johnson and Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Gama holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and additional certification in PFMEA from the University of Dayton.
