Chris Roberts, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Chris is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Group DEKKO since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional HR Manager at Harris Rebar from February 2016 to September 2020. Chris also served as the Director of Human Resources at Falken Tire from January 2015 to February 2016 and as the Director of HR at IPS Corp. from July 2013 to January 2015. Before that, they were the Director of HR at Tippmann Sports from June 2005 to July 2013, where they were responsible for various aspects of HR including payroll, employee relations, and compensation. Chris started the HR department from scratch. Chris has also worked as an HR Manager at Zimmer from December 2004 to June 2005 and as the Director of HR at SIRVA (North American Van Lines) from August 1995 to December 2004. In their role at SIRVA, they were responsible for HR delivery service for multiple logistic locations and hundreds of employees. Chris has proven expertise in start-ups, closures, and mergers/acquisitions, as well as business centralization and decentralization.
Chris Roberts, SPHR has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University Bloomington. Chris also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (BS) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Additionally, Chris has obtained a certification in Coaching and Developing Employees from LinkedIn, which they completed in November 2016. Before their higher education, they attended Carroll High School.
