Carlos Palomares has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Carlos began their career in 1991 as the Founder and President of SERVICIO CDEL SOFTWARE C.A. Carlos then moved on to become the Information Technology department Supervisor of Gerinsa S.A. in the same year. In 1994, they transitioned to become an Information Technology Consultant at Hidrocapital. In 1995, they took on the role of Information Systems Consultant and Information Technology Manager at COMPUTARE, INC. In 2000, they became the Information Technology Manager at Simpson Weather Associates, Inc. In 2006, they were the Information Technology Manager at Frontline Test Equipment, and also became the CEO-CTO/Founder of Group CS2, LLC. In 2020, they took on the role of Head of Technology/Artificial Intelligence and Technology Advisor Board Member at Owl Peak Labs. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Data Company One Inc.

Carlos Palomares has a diverse educational background. In 2010-2011, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for Executive Education in Management and Leadership. From 2003-2004, they earned a Master of Science in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia. Lastly, from 1989-1994, they obtained a BS in Computer Science from Universidad Nueva Esparta.
