Mamoona Firdous is a seasoned professional in the field of regulatory affairs with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Licensing at G42 and Head of Regulatory at G42 Healthcare since September 2020, Mamoona Firdous oversees the registration of biological products across 44 countries. Prior roles include Operational Head of Regulatory Affairs at Julphar Gulf Pharmaceuticals Industries, where similar responsibilities were held for generic products and medical devices, and Director of Regulatory Affairs and Business Development at sanofi-aventis, focusing on strategic market entry and registration. Mamoona Firdous began the career as a Clinical Pharmacist at Aga Khan Hospital and progressed to Senior Clinical Pharmacist, establishing a Drug and Poison Information Centre. Mamoona Firdous holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Karachi, an MBA in Marketing from Preston University, and has contributed significantly to regulatory frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry.
