David Chiou has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles, currently serving as the CEO of Groundhog Technologies Inc. since September 2000. Under David's leadership, the company developed the Mobility Intelligence Platform, enabling mobile operators to analyze and monetize subscriber mobility data. Previously, David was a member of the advisory board at Skysoft from June 1999 to December 2010, contributing to the development of KKBOX, Asia's leading music streaming service. David's early career includes research assistant and teaching assistant positions at the MIT Media Lab from September 1998 to June 2000 and a consultancy role at AT&T Labs, Inc. from May 1997 to June 1998. David holds a Master��s degree from the MIT Media Lab and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
