Calvin Cooper is the Head of Corporate Development at Groundfloor Finance, where Calvin has been instrumental in facilitating over $1 billion in transactions. Calvin also serves as the Director at The Carlton Group, specializing in real estate investments. Additionally, Calvin holds the position of Executive in Residence at IIE.VC, an initiative focused on expanding access to capital for diverse entrepreneurs. Cooper is a member of the Advisory Board at reAlpha and co-founded Rhove, which was later acquired by reAlpha. With a background in finance and entrepreneurship, Calvin has also worked as an Investment Director at NCT Ventures and Director at the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council. Cooper previously taught as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University.
