William Sutter is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate, urban development, and investment. Currently serving as an Associate at GroundBreak Ventures since June 2023, William Sutter was previously a Summer Associate in Acquisitions at Jonathan Rose Companies, where responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting for real estate investments. Prior to that, William Sutter held the position of Senior Consultant at KPMG Canada, focusing on strategy and operations for various sectors, and served as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Ontario Government, concentrating on urban development and climate resilience. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Fellow at Sidewalk Labs, where William Sutter examined policy and innovation in built environments, and a position in business development at Sociavore. William Sutter holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and an Honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
