Carolyn Cesario has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Marketing Intern at Liberty Mutual. Carolyn then took on an Event Management Intern role at Babson College in the same year. In 2010, they were a Public Relations Intern at Brodeur Worldwide. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at SapientNitro as a Business Strategist and Project Manager. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Recipe Developer at PlateJoy. In 2014, they became the Director of Marketing at Sseko Designs, managing online marketing and eCommerce activities. Finally, in 2016 they co-founded Ground Up PDX.

Carolyn Cesario graduated from Babson College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During their time at Babson College, they also attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2009 for Global Business Management.
