Simon Fill has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Simon started their career in TDG as an Operations Excellence Manager, where they focused on improving efficiency and implementing best practices in the transport and warehouse sector. After that, they joined G4S Cash Solutions as a Regional Business Support Manager, overseeing various operational aspects. Simon was later promoted to General Manager, responsible for managing a central London multi-drop collection and delivery operation. Simon then assumed the role of Director of Operational Risk in the same company. Currently, they are employed at Ground Control as a Director of Operations Support, where they have been since 2015. Recently, they were appointed as the Data Strategy and BPO Director.
Simon Fill completed their education at Liverpool John Moores University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Technology Management. Simon attended the university from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Stanchester School from 1988 to 1993, though no degree or field of study information is available for this period.
