Adam Slade has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Adam started their career at the University of California, Riverside in 2008 as a Graduate Student Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Adam then worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same university from November 2014 to December 2015. In 2016, they joined Grote Industries as a Mechanical Engineer, and over the years, they progressed to roles such as Senior Mechanical Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Grote Industries.

Adam Slade completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University from 2001 to 2008. Adam then pursued further education at the University of California, Riverside, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2008 to 2014.
