Susana Tagan RN is an experienced registered nurse currently working at Grosvenor Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in the Transitional Care Unit for Orthopedic Rehabilitation Services since February 2017. Susana's nursing career includes roles as a Blood Donor Ambassador with the American Red Cross since April 2014, as well as positions as Registered Nurse II at Tewksbury Hospital and RN Charge Nurse at multiple nursing facilities, including Winchester Nursing Care Services and Glen Ridge Nursing Care Center. Susana's educational background includes certifications as a RN Certified Diabetic Educator and completion of the Registered Nurse Advanced RN Program, along with an LPN degree from Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute.
