Joanna Robert has a strong background in reward and people management, with extensive experience in various companies. Joanna most recently held the position of Group People and Reward Director at Grosvenor, joining the company in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Reward and Capability at Grosvenor, starting in September 2018. Joanna also served as the Interim Head of Reward at Grosvenor from September 2017 to September 2018. Before joining Grosvenor, Joanna worked as the Interim Head of Reward & Reward Project Consultant at KCOM from January 2016 to March 2017.
