Frank Prather II is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network administration and management. Currently serving as the Principal Technology Program Manager at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since August 2020, Frank also contributes as an Adjunct Instructor at Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Frank held several significant positions in healthcare settings, including Sr. Network Administrator & Network Team Supervisor at El Centro Regional Medical Center and Network Technician at Yuma Regional Medical Center. Frank possesses a strong academic background with a Master's degree in Information Technology from Capella University and a BBA in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
