He is also a commissioned Notary Public. He is the author of “Constitutional Challenges Affecting Loan Servicers and Note Holders” (Legal League 100 Quarterly Journal, October 2020) and “Deceleration of a New York Mortgage: Evolution of the Requirements to Revoke Acceleration and Best Practices to Avoid the Onerous Effect of the Expiration of the Statute of Limitations” (American League & Financial Network Journal, February 2020). He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and New York City Bar Association Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force and New York Mortgage Bankers Association. He has been a licensed attorney since 2009.
