Zach Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zach began their career in 2013 as a Front Service Clerk at Publix Super Markets and simultaneously served as an Assistant Coach for the Hume Fogg/Page High School Ice Hockey Team. In 2014, they became the President of the Trevecca Nazarene University Ice Hockey Club.

From 2015 to 2016, Zach interned at the Nashville Predators in various roles, including Fan Relations, Marketing, and Corporate Partnerships. Zach then became a Guest Experience Coordinator and subsequently a Premium Seats Service Coordinator. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Coordinator, Club Services at the Nashville Predators.

In 2020, Zach transitioned to a different industry and worked as a Partner and Agency Producer at Farmers Insurance for a few months. Zach then joined Groove Life in 2021 as an Inventory Team Lead. Subsequently, they took on roles such as Project Manager - Wanderer and Assistant Fulfillment Manager. Currently, they serve as the Wholesale Operations Manager at Groove Life.

Additionally, Zach briefly worked as a Premium Seating Concierge at Bridgestone Arena in 2016.

Overall, Zach has gained extensive experience in operations management, team leadership, customer service, marketing, and interning in professional sports organizations.

Zach Williams attended Trevecca Nazarene University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. In addition to their degree, they also have a certification as a USA Hockey Level 2 Coach from USA Hockey. The specific month and year of when they obtained this certification are not provided.
