Matt Newton currently serves as the Head of Talent at Groot Hospitality since June 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held positions including Director of Talent at Big Night Entertainment Group, Manager at Fourward, and Day to Day Manager at Three Six Zero, working with notable artists such as Guy Gerber and Tiësto. Matt's experience also includes serving as an Agent Assistant at William Morris Endeavor, where booking operations were managed for top artists like Kygo and Alesso. Additional roles include Booking Manager at Area Event, Coordinator at Sony Music Entertainment, and internships at Complete Control Management, Clear Channel Communications, and RCA Records. Matt graduated from the University of Maryland in 2013 and attended Andover High School from 2005 to 2009.
