Sohel Kapadia has a wealth of experience in the business world. Sohel began their career in 1996 as the CEO of SDI-Sohel Distributors, a company that catered to immigrants in the US by providing prepaid international calling services. In 2011, they became the owner and managing member of Fisk Management LLC, as well as the CEO of Black011 B2B Solutions, a web portal that connected over 30,000 retail locations in the US with its platform. In 2013, they became the CEO of Black Wireless, a prepaid wireless service provider. In 2014, they became the CEO of SDI Telecom, a wholesale termination provider. In 2016, they co-founded Groomit for Pets, LLC, and in 2017 they became the Co-Founder of Groomit for Pets, an app-based on-demand service offering in-home pet grooming in real time.

Sohel Kapadia completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Navsari between 1990 and 1992.
