Lars R. began their career in 1995 as a Gross und Aussenhandelskaufmann in Wallwitz GmbH, completing an apprenticeship in Sales & Distribution. In 1998, they moved to Debitel AG as a Sales Representative. In 2000, they joined Mox Telecom America Inc. as the Director of Sales America and Director of Sales Germany. In 2014, Lars R. was appointed as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Black Wireless, where they managed the E-Commerce Platform, Social Media & Online Marketing Platform & Budget, and developed relationships with key distribution and carrier partners. Lars also planned and executed direct marketing and sales activities to develop sales, and increased online revenues by over 120%. In 2015, they became a Sales Representative - East USA at Lebara. Finally, in 2017, Lars R. was appointed as the Chief Operations Officer at Groomit for Pets.

Lars R. has been pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashford University since 2013. Prior to this, they attained a Fachhochschulreife in Business/Commerce, General from Hoehere Handeslsschule (Business) between 1993 and 1995. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Digital Marketing - SEO - SEM from Simplilearn in June 2016 and Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy.
