Katie Boutcher (O'Neill) has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Katie worked as a Business Development professional at Dalkia Energy Solutions, where they designed, installed, and maintained energy efficiency projects for commercial customers. In 2015, they became the Owner of Katie Peggy's. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at National Fish & Seafood, Inc., developing relationships with buyers and pursuing new opportunities. Katie also worked in Business Development at CLASS, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Outback Steakhouse International, including Managing Partner, Manager, and Trainer. Katie started their professional journey as a Teacher at Interact Nova Group from 1992 to 1994.

Katie Boutcher (O'Neill) pursued their higher education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1991 to 1995. During this period, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Spanish and linguistics.
