Fabio Salvo has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Fabio is currently the CEO and Founder of Gromia, a position they have held since June 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Appeal Strategy & Finance from November 2011 to May 2014. Fabio also served as a Manager at Booz & Company/Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2008 to September 2011. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Camelot Private Equity in 2007. In 2006, they were a Summer Associate at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Fabio Salvo's earlier roles include Business Development Manager at Bosch from March 2003 to October 2005, Business Development - M&A Manager at Mannesmann from February 2000 to February 2003, and Financial Analyst at Deutsche Bank AG from February 1999 to February 2000.

Fabio Salvo earned their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. During this time, their field of study was focused on finance. Later on, from 2005 to 2006, Fabio pursued further education by obtaining an MBA from SDA Bocconi, with a specialization in Finance, General. In June 2019, they also obtained a certification as an Agente d'affari in mediazione from the Camera di Commercio Milano - MonzaBrianza - Lodi.
