Lyle Jackson has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Lyle began their career in 1997 as a Force Sonarman Atlantic Fleet in the US Navy, where they served until 2000. In 2007, Lyle established their own company, Lyle Jackson, LLC, where they worked as a Technical Training Consultant until the end of 2012. Lyle then joined Gromelski & Associates, Inc. as a Technical Director in 2013 and has been in that role since then. Additionally, they previously worked at Gromelski & Associates as a Technical Director from 2008 to 2012.

Lyle Jackson pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Strome College of Business. Lyle attended this college from 1997 to 2000.
