Arman Mnatsakanyan has notable work experience in various sectors. Arman started their career in 2003 as a Credit Specialist at Converse Bank and later joined Trade Finance Bank LTD in 2005 as a Head Credit Specialist. In 2008, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Dominanta Insurance Company LTD, where they served for over a decade until 2019. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Grōksmith since 2020.

Arman Mnatsakanyan earned their Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the State Engineering University of Armenia, where they attended from 1997 to 2003. In 2010, they briefly studied Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
