Debbie Coldiron has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Grokker since December 2017, where responsibilities include providing support to users, developing content for activation and feature adoption, and engaging with the community across various channels. Prior to this, Debbie worked as a PE Teacher at Mulberry School, teaching sports to students in grades JK-8, and held roles in testing and technical support at uTest and PeopleSoft USA Inc., respectively. Additionally, as an Application Specialist at ADAC Medical Systems, Debbie provided remote support for radiology information systems and received recognition for outstanding troubleshooting skills. Early in Debbie's career, managerial experience was gained at Bakers Square, overseeing a significant business operation. Debbie holds a BA in Business from Michigan State University, graduating with honors.
