As Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Groglass since November 2004, Sasha Kelberg has been guiding the company through strategic growth and governance. Previously, as Founder and CEO, Sasha Kelberg led the transformation of Groglass from a startup to a globally recognized multinational, exporting to over 50 countries. With a robust background in investment analysis at New Century Holdings and policy advocacy as VP of Finance at the American Chamber of Commerce in Latvia, Sasha Kelberg has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic acumen across various sectors. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in International Relations, complemented by executive education in governance and a professional certificate in executive coaching.
