Romans Grisajevs is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Member of the Management Board and CFO at Groglass since June 2018. Romans is also a Visiting Lecturer at the Baltic Computer Academy and Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, specializing in Microsoft Excel 365 and International Business Planning, respectively. Prior to these roles, Romans held significant positions at L'Oréal as a Business Controller and Finance Management Trainee, and began a career in airBaltic, progressing from Sales Intern to Revenue Manager. Romans holds a Professional Bachelor in Organization and Management of International Economic Relations from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and has further enhanced professional skills through various educational programs.
