Ellen Bastiaensens is an experienced HR professional currently working as an HR business partner at Groep Van Roey since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ellen served as an HR officer at Hertel from May 2012 to December 2020, managing recruitment and various HR projects. Previously, Ellen held an HR officer position at Ikaros Solar, overseeing all HR functions. Ellen's early career includes a role as a personnel administrator at Cargotec Corporation, focusing on recruitment and salary administration for approximately 150 employees, and as a payroll officer at Autogrill Belux, managing salary administration for around 800 employees.
