William Tinoco-Smyser currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Global Recruiters Network (GRN), a position held since June 2014. With a progressive career at GRN, William previously held roles as Director of Learning and Business Development Manager, where significant contributions included franchise support and revenue growth. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager at MRINetwork, where William developed a program improving hiring quality for franchisees, and Operations Manager at Management Recruiters of Chicago, where revenue doubled under William's management. Earlier in William's career, positions in admissions at Roosevelt University and DePaul University were marked by successful enrollment increases.
