Richard Rutter serves as the President and Managing Partner of Global Recruiters Network since October 2008, specializing in professional transitions within the Bakery and Food manufacturing industries. Previously, Richard founded OnTrack Sports, LLC, where Richard held the role of President and CEO from March 2002 to July 2008. Richard's extensive experience includes positions such as Vice President of Field Sales at Pillsbury Bakeries & Foodservice, leading sales strategies and managing significant revenues, and Regional Vice President of Field Sales at The Pillsbury Company, overseeing bakery sales to the Foodservice Industry. Earlier in their career, Richard worked as AGM at Gilbert/Robinson and Houlihans Old Place. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1975 and 1980.
