Jeffrey Garvin has extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, with over three decades as the owner of Venture Enterprise Investments, focusing on multi-family residential projects and market analysis since 1987. Prior to that, Garvin worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer for the NationWide Mortgage Licensing System from 1990 to 2013, helping clients secure appropriate mortgage products. Garvin's career began with a role as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter for the 669 Local RoadFitters Union from 1978 to 2008, where fire sprinkler and suppression systems were installed to code. Currently, Garvin is on sabbatical, recovering from an ischemic stroke while staying with family in the Sierra Mountains. Educational qualifications include a BA in Fire Sprinkler Technology from Pennsylvania State University and various degrees in real estate and finance, among others, highlighting a commitment to professional development in their field.
