Viet L. currently serves as an IT Customer Support/Desktop Support - Journey within the Academic Technology department at Western Washington University since January 2024. Prior to this role, Viet L. held positions as a Computer Support Specialist and Junior System Administrator at Grizzly Industrial from August 2022. Viet L. also gained experience as a Project Coordinator Intern at the Technology Alliance Group for Northwest Washington (TAGNW) and worked as an Information Technology Specialist at Skagit Valley College earlier in 2022. From May 2019 to March 2022, Viet L. was employed as an Optical Lens Technician at Vision Plus on James. Viet L. holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking from Bellingham Technical College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Whatcom Community College, along with a High School Diploma from Hilo High School.
