Adam Rusciolelli is an experienced leader in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as President of Gritmind since April 2024, where the focus is on building custom software with cross-functional teams. Previously, Adam held the position of CEO at Devbridge, directing a team of 800 across multiple international locations, after the company's acquisition by Cognizant in 2021. Prior roles at Devbridge included Vice President of Services Business and establishing the Fraud & Forensics Practice. Adam's earlier experience includes significant roles at Spectrum Technologies, Case New Holland, and Goodrich, where responsibilities spanned product development, marketing, and engineering. Adam holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
