Lisa Mikelson is a seasoned cycling instructor and fitness professional with extensive experience in the health and wellness industry. Currently, Lisa serves as a Cycling Instructor at Grit Cycle in Costa Mesa since August 2013 and as Founder & CEO of SoundRide®, LLC since January 2015, where the focus is on empowering and motivating riders. Additionally, Lisa holds the position of Content Manager at TEAM JOHNSON and has previously worked as a Cycling Instructor at CycleBarn and LA Fitness. With a background in kinesiology, including a Master's degree from California State University, Fullerton, Lisa has also taught Kinesiology and led a Running Academy. Experience in footwear buying and coaching further complements a diverse skill set dedicated to uplifting individuals through fitness.
