Matt Ericksen is an experienced leader in the home care and healthcare sectors with a diverse background in sales, operations, and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales and Operations at Griswold since October 2020, Matt Ericksen leads the Corporate Operations Department, driving success for both franchise and company-owned home care locations nationwide. Previously, Matt Ericksen held the position of Director of Operations at BrightStar Care from May 2017 to September 2020, focusing on senior and dementia care in the Delaware and Chester county regions. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director at Epic Health Services, managing a large team, and overseeing business operations. Early in the career, Matt Ericksen worked as Store Manager at GNC, successfully executing corporate strategies and exceeding sales targets.
