Jacques Verduin is the Founder of the GRIP Training Institute, a role they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Insight-Out from 2011 to 2016. Before that, they were the Director of the Insight Prison Project from 1997 to 2011. The Insight Prison Project is a nonprofit organization that aims to reduce recidivism and promote rehabilitation for prisoners.

Jacques Verduin holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Antioch University.
