Katia Montalvo has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katia started their career as a Human Resources Intern at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in 2014, and then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from July 2014 to December 2015. In 2016, they joined Multiplica as a Human Resources Officer until September 2017. From October 2017 to October 2019, they worked as a People Operations Manager at Quipper. Currently, they are employed as an HRBP at Grio since November 2019.
