Thinh Porrmann has a varied work experience, starting in 2016 as an IT Strategy Intern at E.ON Business Services. They then worked as a Corporate Relations member at EBS Symposium e.V. From November 2016 to May 2017, they were a working student at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Thinh then gained experience in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. as an Investment Banking - M&A intern from April 2017 to July 2017. In 2019, they worked in Private Equity at Orlando Management AG for a brief period. In 2021, Thinh became a Co-Founder at NEIMU, and in 2022, they continued their entrepreneurial journey by becoming a Co-Founder of a stealth startup and working in Investment & Partnership at Grindery.io.

Thinh Porrmann's education history begins in 2017 when they attended Singapore Management University for an unspecified period. In 2015, Thinh started their studies at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, specializing in General Management. They completed their studies at EBS in 2018. Lastly, in the year 2018, Thinh enrolled at the London Business School and pursued a field of study in Management until 2019.
