Tessa Brown is an experienced professional in customer success and solutions engineering, currently serving as an Improv Instructor at Sacramento Comedy Spot since February 2024. At GRIN since May 2018, Tessa has taken on multiple roles, including Senior Solutions Engineer and Customer Success Manager, where significant contributions include launching the Customer Success department and managing the customer lifecycle. Tessa previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at StreamSend and played a pivotal role in restructuring and managing customer success functions at Local Market Launch. Tessa's career began with a role as a Development Researcher at UCSB Department of Development after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, International Relations and Affairs from UC Santa Barbara in 2012.
