Sophia Kalinina is a Project Manager at GRIN AS since February 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Project Administrator at EPAM Systems where responsibilities included operational support, financial reporting, and project implementation for a significant initiative aiding Ukrainian refugees. Prior to EPAM, Sophia served as a PMO Specialist at Luxoft, focusing on data management and reporting in cooperation with multiple stakeholders. As a Self-employed Operation Executive, Sophia designed strategies for operational processes and reporting systems. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Specialist role at OntargIT, where Sophia developed HR policies and organized training programs. Sophia holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Administration from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
