Dan Fego has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2006 with positions as an Office Assistant for The Junior Statesmen Foundation and a Business Web Manager for The GW Hatchet. In 2007, they were a Research Assistant at the National Defense University. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer for Vulnerability Research Labs, LLC, a Senior Software Engineer for IOMAXIS, and a Principal Software Engineer for Point3 Security, Inc. In 2017, they became the Director of Special Capabilities, Director of Tailored Software, and Senior Engineer for GRIMM Cyber, where they designed, developed, tested, and documented security-related software products, managed a team of 3-7 other developers, and wrote proposals.
Dan Fego attended The George Washington University from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
