Karissa Hernandez is a sales specialist at Grimco, Inc. since July 2016, where responsibilities include specialized electrical and equipment sales, strategic territory management in the Bay Area, and delivering tailored recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of Grimco’s product lines. Prior to this role, Karissa completed an internship at Sentinel® Offender Services, contributing to community-based programs aimed at helping offenders reintegrate into society. From August 2013 to July 2016, Karissa served as a team manager at Impact Marketing, overseeing the operations of a sales team and ensuring motivation and performance levels were maintained. Karissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Chico, earned in 2016.
