Sarah Bonza MD, MPH, DipABLM, FAAFP, NBC-HWC, CPE is a highly experienced medical professional and founder of Bonza Health since January 2019. With a solid background as a Hospitalist Physician at Fairfield Medical Center since May 2014 and Hospice Physician at Omnis Medical Group from January 2017, Sarah has also served as a Post-Acute Care Physician with Premier Physicians of Central Ohio and Hospitalist Physician at Cogent HMG. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Baldwin Wallace University.
