Ron Stephens is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as National Accounts Director at Grifols since March 2010. In this role, Ron oversees product delivery channels, focusing on profitability and portfolio development. Previous positions include Senior Director of Global Commercial Effectiveness, where Ron partnered with global business leaders to enhance revenue performance through innovative solutions, and Director of Managed Markets Operations, where integrations of supply chain and payer activities were essential. Prior to Grifols, Ron founded and led STRAVA, LLC, and held strategic roles at AMAG Pharmaceuticals and Amgen. Ron holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida.
